How do I update my shipping address?
Use the applicable address controls in your membership account. Address changes do not automatically change an order that is already processing, so contact support promptly if an existing order needs attention.
When will I be charged?
The membership renews monthly. Review the upcoming billing information in your membership account for your next scheduled charge.
What happens if my payment fails?
If payment cannot be completed, you may be asked to update your payment method. Membership benefits may be interrupted until payment is successfully completed.
What benefits do members receive?
Active members receive 10% off eligible accessories and replacement parts, priority membership support, product care guidance, maintenance-related communications and access to eligible member offers.
Does the 10% discount apply to everything?
No. The discount applies only to eligible accessories and replacement parts. It does not apply to main devices, used products, warranties, services, shipping protection or display products unless a specific offer expressly says otherwise.
Are membership fees refundable?
Membership fees that have already been processed are generally non-refundable except for billing errors or where required by law.
What happens to an existing order if I cancel?
Canceling your membership does not automatically cancel or refund a product order that has already been placed or is processing.
